SALON POLICIES

By entering into our facility you are agreeing with these policies.

All prices listed on our website, service menus, social media, or discussed over the phone are starting prices and subject to change based on individual client needs. Prices should be determined in the consultation if different from what is listed. Please ask prior to services being rendered if you have any questions about pricing. We will be happy to go over them in more detail if needed.

Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair. If your hair is too dirty, we will require you to have it shampooed before we start, which will effect what services we will be able to complete within your appointment time. You will also be charged for an additional blowout.

Parking: Please park in the parking spaces located on the left side of the building. If the parking spaces are full there is a public parking lot located off the 15th street. There is a stairwell that gives you access to the lower parking area. DO NOT attempt to use the entrance located on the side of the building. This is an employee entrance only. Please use our main entrance on the front of the building.

Children are welcome in the salon, but we do ask that they are not left unattended and that you accompany them at all times throughout the salon before and after the service. Although a majority of children are incredibly well-behaved, our mission is to provide a safe and relaxing experience for our guests and artists. Since we are a large team, we are working on reducing the amount of people on the salon floor.

Product return/exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with products purchased at The Studio, we are happy to swap them out for a product of equal or lesser value as long as they have only been used 1 time and are 99% full. We cannot issue refunds on open products. If the swap out is a higher priced item, the guest is responsible to make up the difference. We cannot swap out products less than 90% full and do not issue refunds on products that have been opened/used. If your product is unopened we are happy to issue a return or swap out within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Mask Policy: Masking is optional at The Studio and we respect everyone's decision to mask or not mask. Any discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Vaccine Policy: The Studio has not mandated vaccines for management, artists, clients, students or teachers. Although a high majority of our team is vaccinated we will not disclose anyone's private health information. Any discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

We require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. After the second incident, any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will require payment of services in full and all future appointment will be prepaid.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and the same policy stated above will be enforced.

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
